Hey! I’m Brent.

Brent Mathews, recognized by Universal Records and mTV for his work, is a - revived! - independent musician (piano, guitar, vocals), composer, and songwriter based in Atlanta, GA.

Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, Brent spent 15 years in various bands and the music community before deciding to start a family and try the corporate route.

Drawn back to his passion of songwriting during the pandemic, Brent quit his 9-5 and commuted back and forth to Nashville to record his debut EP. The result was a 7 track collection, Reverie, which has amassed over 200,000 streams since its release in 2021 without any formal marketing support.
